It is our pleasure to invite you to the 2020 edition of the Additive Manufacturing European Conference (AMEC), taking place online on 2 December 2020, from 11:00 to 12:30 (CET).
Once again, the conference will bring together senior industrialists and Members of the European Parliament to discuss the future of AM. The speakers will engage with a diverse audience representing a variety of industrial sectors from all over Europe.
The rapid growth in innovation and the steady rise of on-demand production are leading to important developments in the digital supply chain. The recent COVID-19 health crisis has revealed that traditional supply chains can suffer sudden changes in the scale of the demand. Particularly in this difficult time, it is essential to allow critical sectors such as healthcare, energy and telecommunications to adopt quick and efficient on-demand solutions that would reduce the risks of supply chain disruptions.
Keeping this in mind, the 2020 edition of AMEC will put a spotlight on the benefits of the combination of digital supply chains and additive manufacturing solutions.
